Description

High temperature resistance, able to maintain stability in environments above 1000 ℃, forming a hard ceramic shell that effectively blocks the spread of flames and ensures the safety of the circuit.

It belongs to UL94V-0 flame retardant material, with no melting droplets and non-toxic smoke during combustion, and meets environmental standards.

Good insulation performance at room temperature and high insulation strength at high temperatures (such as insulation resistance ≥ 0.3 x 106Ωat 800 ℃), suitable for high-voltage electrical equipment.

High mechanical strength, tensile strength ≥ 15MPa, tear strength ≥ 40kN/m, good flexibility, can tightly fit complex shaped wire harnesses or equipment, strong tensile and friction resistance.

Strong resistance to chemicals such as acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, not easily aged or corroded, and stable long-term performance.
